OFFICE ASSISTANT APPLICATION
- Clean the office daily.
- Answers and direct phone calls.
- Write and distribute email, memos, letters.
- Develop and maintain filing system.
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain office vehicles to ensure smooth operations of vehicles.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with senior officers to handle requests and queries.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and PABX
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
